Liz Shaw brings over two decades of HR expertise across a diverse range of sectors, along with an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching.
Known for her pragmatic, outcomes‑focused approach, she works closely with clients to quickly understand their goals and design practical, effective solutions that drive meaningful results.
At the heart of her work is a genuine passion for helping people thrive - supporting individuals, teams, and leaders to unlock their potential and perform at their best. Liz believes that when people feel empowered and supported, organisations flourish.
Beyond her professional life, Liz is most at home on the water with her local gig rowing club, keeping active in the gym, or enjoying time with her young daughter.
